The Mission:

The main objective of this mission is to work alongside Green Point Christian College in showing the love of Christ to the aboriginal children and families in Brewarrina. GPCC has purchased this school in outback Australia to answer the call of educating children in the light of God's word. Students will be serving the school and community through outreach events, music, games, sports, and general assistance and encouragement during the schools days and weekend.

Students will also spend time at Green Point Christian College on the central coast of NSW encouraging, visiting, and serving their student body. Some of these children will be accompanying our students to Brewarrina.

The Travel:

You can expect a lot of travel time. The first leg of the trip is to get to the west coast of the USA. After that, there is a 15 hour flight to Sydney, Australia. You will need a passport.

During the stay in Australia, you will travel 10 hours to and 10 hours from the outback (towards the middle of the country). This travel will be by bus.

The Accommodations:

You will stay in cottage type accommodation for the first two nights in Wamberal, NSW, Australia. This is near Green Point Christian College. We will also stay there at the end of the trip. We will have food provided.

During the outback portion of the trip, we will stay in dormitory style accommodation (one building for boys and one for girls). All food will be provided in their industrial kitchens.
