You must complete this application if you wish to be part of any US or Global trip. All students must apply for EAZ or EUS/EGL.

In this application, you will list your first, second, and third preferences for trips. From there, lead chaperones will review applications and select students for trips.  The selection may not be disputed or negotiated in any way. This means you must complete this application honestly and think carefully about your trip preferences. Be sure to read the description of each trip so you understand the cost, type of work, and travel requirements.

• I understand that I am applying for an ENGAGE US and/or ENGAGE Global trip.
• I understand that I must raise funds to pay for the trip I am selected for.
• I have reviewed the dates and costs of the trips I will list as my preferences.
• I am eligible to apply for the trips I will list as my preferences.
• I have reviewed each trip and I meet the grade-level and travel requirements.
• I understand that I can only back-out of the trip I am selected for under special circumstances.
• I understand that I may not be selected for my first trip preference.
• I understand that all decisions are final and cannot be disputed or negotiated.
• My legal guardians know I am applying and agree to the statements listed above.
