Once we tore ourselves away from GPCC, we headed to Terrigal Beach! Sorochi got some birthday gelato from Andrew and Kylie to celebrate turning 18 that day!!
Spending a few hours in the sand and water, poking bluebottle jellyfish aka Portuguese Man O’ Wars (Don’t worry; these ones are not from Queensland.), exploring, frisbee-ing, and eating fish’n’chips powered us up for returning to the cottages to begin the brutal condensing of our baggage before our journey to the outback the next day. The trailer was full of supplies, and space was at a premium.
The evening ended with devos and prayer, laughter, and the curtailing of luggage.
