The Mission:
The ENGAGE Memphis team will spend approximately 5 days in Memphis, TN. Ministry opportunities include assisting with after-school programs and children’s ministry. Running camps for the community in North Memphis and St. Louis. The spring program through Street Reach will help in the school program in the afternoon, and in the morning, will be ministering to the community through laundromats, food banks, or shelters.
The group will be leaving from Phoenix and having a direct flight to Memphis. From the airport, you will travel to the ministry’s home in rental vans.
Students will be sleeping in bunk beds; mattresses will be provided, but linens, pillows, and towels need to be brought. Female and male housing will be in separate buildings. The ministry will provide the meals for you.

Prerequisites
- Students must be capable of standing and walking for long periods of time.
Responsibilities
- Students must be highly adaptive and spiritually mature.
- Students must have a desire to minister to kids and youth through VBS, sports, and other outreach opportunities.
- Students must be a team player and willing to serve others and teammates.
