Bible Club continues to be a highlight for many of our students. They are investing intentionally in the relational ministry aspects of this program, and all of the leaders and chaperones are beyond proud of them! The children arrive and immediately take off running toward the closest team member. The amount of running leap hugs we’ve seen today! Wonderful!
Luke - “Today the Lord is teaching me about how ALL moments are for Him.”
Our update is later than usual due to our excursion to the Memphis Pyramid. Because when in Memphis - Go to Bass Pro! The team was ecstatic. Some went bowling, some shopped, some “considered” trying an ostrich burger but, alas, it was not enticing enough to tempt! It’s been a joy to see our students light up every space they enter throughout this trip. Their joy, delirium (11pm giggle fits), and infectious laughter (11:05pm giggle fits) are a testament to how the Lord multiplies our own joy when we dedicate our time and energy toward service.
Please continue to pray for us as we rest and have our final service day tomorrow. Pray for the children who are going to show up to Bible Club. Pray for our interactions as we serve in street clean up and campus projects. Pray for our Street Reach Leaders as they prepare for the next incoming groups, recover from this week’s ministry work, and, for some, return to their full-time occupations. It takes a village to increase the Kingdom!

I really appreciate you giving this update. Reading and picturing the children brightening every area they come into is such a delight. I smiled at the part about their happiness and late-night giggles; I can only image the memories they are creating together. I hope Kruz is smiling, serving, and deepening his faith to the fullest. I want to thank you for giving these students your undivided attention.
