Final goodbyes to the kids are the hardest part of the trip. It was easy to see this truth in the tears of the MOHI and Valley students.
We spent our whole morning playing some high intensity soccer games with the older students and staff. The Valley girls represented us well and pulled out a couple victories! The boys and chaperones fought hard, too. There was also more time to hang out and play games with the students during the matches.
After soccer was the MOHI farewell ceremony. It is incredible to see the effort and talent the students show us while presenting their culture and expressing their gratitude. What a blessing!
