Today we said goodbye to all our new friends on Helene and headed to Roatan. After a 30 minute boat road and an almost 2 hour bus ride (we hit some serious traffic jams), we finally made it to the Seagrape Resort!
We spent the afternoon lounging on the beach and enjoyed a nice lunch at the resort. After an afternoon of soaking up some serious sun, we headed back to the hotel to clean up.
For supper, we walked downtown and ate at the Cannibal Cafe. We enjoyed quesadillas, nachos, and fajitas. After supper, we walked through the downtown shops and grabbed some gelato before returning to our hotel for the night.
We had an awesome day, but we are ready to head home tomorrow!
