Today we joined a very celebratory worship service at New Hope. We had the privilege of attending their first Sunday morning service in their new pavilion! This was also the Sunday they cut the ribbon for the completion of the fence around the campus. What a privilege it was to celebrate and worship our God with them! Our students have often said they are impacted by how, although there are so many differences between us and the Masai people, there are more similarities. We are all made in God’s image, we all have families we love, and we all need healing when we are sick. And for those of us who gathered this morning, we all love Jesus. We were so blessed to worship along side our Masai brothers and sisters! We also said goodbye to some beloved friends who welcomed us and served with us as translators in clinic. Our hearts are full!
