There’s an obvious tension as we’ve journeyed into this part of the world. Standing in the Amazon jungle and taking in all of God’s creation - the plant life, the animal life, the vast and winding river. But that appreciation is quickly met with reality of how incredibly difficult it is to live in that same space.
The students are not only sharing the gospel, but also asking their new found friends how they can be prayed for. It’s encouraging to see teenagers sincerely care about the needs of others and to give those needs to the Lord.
