Today we were busy on our feet flitting here and there and everywhere! Today we started off our morning by splitting up into small groups with a guide from the community walking us through the streets of the community where the church was located! We entered various homes and were welcomed so joyfully! We sat and talked, shared testimonies, prayed and spent time ministering to multiple families! We joined people in praying for unbelieving family members, we prayed for healing of various sicknesses, we shared our faith stories and every visit was unique as the Holy Spirit showed us what was uniquely needed for each encounter! In the afternoon, we spent time commuting to and visiting a countryside mission plant and worshiped outside on tree stumps! A wonderful church member made us dulce de leche cuban style! In the evening when the sun went down, we gathered at the church for a teen event! We played wacky games, sat in a circle and worshiped to familiar worship songs in Spanish. Jade and Brayden stood up and shared their testimonies! Mr. VanBebber brought the Word in a very impactful message! Both the Valley teens and the teens of the church enjoyed connecting and many of our students were able to help them practice their English! This was an amazing eclectic day full of so many locations, ministry opps with people of various ages and locations!
