Day Two

Today was a very full day of VPS prep as well as worshiping with the folks at church at Regent Life Church. Annie and Ryland shared their testimony, which was very heartfelt and sincere. Lucas blessed us with two hymns on his violin— I don’t think there was a dry eye in the place! Something about a wonderful old hymn on a violin just brings one to tears. We shared a delicious potluck with the church people afterwards and met a Native named Willie. He is a fisherman and an Alaskan through and through. After a very informative conversation about his way of a living he offered to bring us rockfish for dinner, which we very happily agreed to! It was delicious!!! Pics of Willie are included below, but the fish was gobbled up before I could take pictures! Every single person loved it! It was Rock fish!
